Signal Escape
A railway timing puzzle
You don't drive the trains. You decide who goes first — and going first is not the same as arriving first.

How it works
Every signal follows its own fixed line at its own steady pace. The junctions swing on their own, in turn, as each signal passes through. Nothing about the map is yours to change.
What is yours is the timing.
- One tick earlier and two signals meet at a crossing.
- One tick later and the junction has already swung, and a signal arrives at the wrong platform.
- Send a train down the long loop early and it still comes in behind the one you sent late down the straight.
Fifty levels
Each built around a single idea, and each verified by a solver before it ships — every one provably solvable, and provably not solvable by accident.
When you get stuck
Being stuck on the puzzle is the game. Being stuck on what a symbol means is a defect, so the game answers that itself.
- Scrub the timeline like a video. Watch the failure happen, understand it, change one number.
- Tap anything on the board to see what it is and what it is doing right now.
- Ask why a run failed and get the actual chain of causes, drawn from the simulation itself.
- Hints when you want them, three steps deep, never a penalty and never a pop-up you have to dismiss.
